Do I need a separate app password?

No. The app uses Continue with Google. Your Google account’s sign-in and verification are handled by Google.

How do ad boosts work?

Completing an eligible rewarded ad can increase the displayed GH/s for an active session. Limits and increments follow the rules in your installed app and the service. Ad availability is not guaranteed.

Are rewards or withdrawals guaranteed?

No. Displayed GH/s and estimated rewards are app metrics, not a guarantee of mining output, investment returns or payment. Review the app’s terms, limits and eligibility before making financial decisions.

Is this a Binance website?

No. BNB Cloud Miner is not an official Binance website. References to BNB do not imply an endorsement or affiliation.

Where can I get account help?

Email bnbcloudminersupport@gmail.com. For account deletion, use the account-deletion option in the app or contact support for assistance. Never email your password, recovery phrase or private key.
